"Shipping was just okay"
I ordered from FragranceX and the perfume did show up fine, so maybe I’m being a little too picky here, but the shipping felt slower than I expected. It took a few days before the tracking really updated, and I kept checking it like, wait, did I miss something or is this just normal?

The package arrived in good condition and everything was there, so I can’t really complain too much. I just wish the delivery had been a bit faster or that the tracking was clearer along the way. Not a bad experience, but not exactly great either.

I had a little problem with my order tracking, so I messaged them thinking I probably wouldn’t hear back until the next day. They actually replied quickly and explained what was going on with it. It wasn’t some copy-paste answer or a runaround, which I really appreciated. The package showed up fine after that, customer service was easy to deal with.

I ordered a fragrance because the site said it was in stock, so I figured it would ship like normal. A few days later, I got an email saying it actually wasn’t available, which was frustrating because I could’ve just bought it somewhere else instead of waiting around. I also got the feeling nobody really read or paid attention to the situation, like it was just a generic update. The refund did come through, so I appreciate that, but the stock info definitely needs to be more accurate. I might order again, but not if I need something quickly.

I ordered from FragranceX and the shipping part was totally fine, no complaints there. But the perfume itself was a letdown. After maybe an hour or two, I could barely smell it anymore, even on my clothes. For what I paid, I expected it to last a lot longer. It kind of made me wonder about the quality, to be honest. Disappointing overall...

I ordered some perfume to Canada and was a bit nervous about customs. fragrancex showed the duties right at checkout, so there wasn’t some surprise bill showing up later, which I really appreciated. It came in fine, tracking worked the whole way, and everything was smooth. Happy with it and I’d order again.

The bottle from FragranceX seems totally legit to me, same scent, same packaging, and it lasts just like the one I picked up at the mall before. Even that little detail on it looked right, if you know what I mean. Shipping was fine too. Overall, really happy with it.

The site was simple to search through, and I liked that there were different sizes available too. My gut told me to give it a try, and I’m glad I trusted that instinct because I’m really happy with the options. I’ll definitely check here first next time.

"Smooth international order"
I ordered a perfume from FragranceX and had it shipped internationally, and I was a little nervous about customs or delays. But it literally arrived just fine, well packed with no damage at all. You have bad reviews at site jabber.com. one review states you sell fake perfumes. i am, afraid to buy now. the item seems to be cheap but i am afraid i will get a fake item.

Fragencex india price and imported price, there is a price difference why?

I have just started ordering from fragrancex, and i can say i am a little nervous after looking at all the negative comments. when you see 75% 1 star ratings, it does give a person reason for concern. i would really like to be a customer that could give you a 4 or 5 star rating. what are you doing if anything to improve your company's image with your customers?
